Counselling & Clinical Hypnotherapy Dual Diploma — Level 5 (equivalent)

This is an eligibility enquiry — it helps us understand your background and whether this programme is right for you.
No commitment. Submitting this form does not oblige you to join the course or make any payment.
Places fill up quickly — please apply as early as you can.
Dual diploma. You study two Level 5 (equivalent) qualifications — Integrative Counselling and Clinical Hypnotherapy. These cannot be purchased separately.
Duration. Two years, one evening per week during term time.
Location. West Derby, Liverpool.
Format. Approximately 80% in person, 20% via our e-learning platform.
Additional CPD. Students without prior experience may need to attend weekend CPD sessions to reach Level 3 before progressing within this Level 5 programme.
Total cost. £3,750 for the full dual diploma programme.
Deposit. £500 non-refundable deposit to secure your place, deducted from the total fee.
Payment deadline. The remaining £3,250 must be paid in full before 1st September, or in line with an agreed payment plan.
Non-refundable. Once the course begins, the full fee is non-refundable in accordance with the student contract.
Payment options. Pay in full, or via PayPal, Klarna, or a pre-agreed payment plan.
We review your application. We assess your background, qualifications, and suitability for training.
What we ask for. Contact details, previous education and qualifications, relevant employment, and a supporting statement.
Two referees required. Not family members — ideally employers, tutors, or professionals who can comment on your suitability.
Disclosure. You will be asked about any medical, psychological, or criminal background that may affect your ability to practise or work with vulnerable people.
Informal interview. You may be invited for a short conversation as part of the process.
Try to complete every section, but all applications are considered regardless.

We ask because counsellors work with vulnerable people, and we have a duty of care to protect them. A conviction does not automatically disqualify you, but anything that raises a safeguarding concern will be carefully reviewed. Please be honest. It is always better to disclose than for us to find out later.
