Discover Your Colour
In the previous lesson you watched the four colour energies being explained and formed a sense of which one felt most like you. Now it is time to find out.
The assessment below is a free QuickScan based on the Insights Discovery model and the work of psychologist Carl Jung. It takes around five to ten minutes to complete, no registration is required, and no personal data is stored.

Once you have your result, come back to this lesson and do two things.
First – add to your notes
Click the Notes tab at the top of this page and write down your result. Before you took the assessment you had a sense of which colour felt most like you. Was your result what you expected? Did anything surprise you? Even a sentence or two is enough. This kind of reflection is exactly the type of thinking you will be doing throughout your training.
Then – share in the comments if you would like to
Click the Comments tab at the top of this page and share your colour result alongside your VARK result from the earlier lesson if you have not already done so. Did the two results feel consistent with each other? Was your colour what you predicted before you took the assessment? Have a read of what others have shared and feel free to respond. You might find you have more in common with a fellow student than you expected, or that someone else’s reflection sparks something in you.
Remember
Your result is a starting point, not a fixed identity. You have all four colour energies within you. What the assessment shows is where your natural preferences tend to sit right now. That can shift over time and with self-awareness. The most important thing is not the label you receive but what you do with the reflection it prompts.
